Modern Chunky Frame Armchair For Cozy Living Room

The Modern Chunky Frame Armchair For Cozy Living Room is at its best in a relaxed sitting area, where it holds one person on a low, deep seat surrounded by thick wooden arms. Upholstered cushions on the seat and back soften the bold frame, and the result is both grounded and welcoming.

Built Around Bold Proportions

Heavy rails and rounded corners give the chair its architectural look. The arms flow into sturdy vertical legs, while gaps beneath the arms stop the generous structure from feeling closed in. Grain runs across the broad surfaces and adds quiet movement to the solid form.

What It Is Made Of

The frame is made from solid wood blocks joined together, finished to keep the natural texture and coloring visible. Cushioning on the seat and backrest provides the soft counterpoint. For safe shipping, the chair comes in sections and needs assembly after delivery.

• Thick wooden arms with softly rounded corners
• Low, roomy seat with upholstered seat and back
• Open space beneath the arms for balance
• Solid wood frame with a natural finish

Good Spots for It

Set it in the living room, angle it toward a sofa for conversation, or give it a corner of the bedroom or a lounge area where you like to read.

Each chair is made to order. Grain, texture and color will shift a little from piece to piece, so yours will carry its own individual look.
