Modern Wave Base Wooden Bench For Entryway

A long seat with a gently uneven edge rests on a base that rises and falls like a passing wave. The Modern Wave Base Wooden Bench For Entryway is built on movement. The grain follows the rhythm from end to end.

The Wave

Beneath the broad seat, an interconnected base rolls smoothly from end to end. Hollowed arcs and layered shapes set up a steady pulse under the surface, while softened edges keep the whole piece calm and organic. Low, stretched proportions let it serve as seating and as a quiet furniture sculpture.

Wood and Finish

Solid wood blocks are joined to form the bench. The finish keeps the natural look of the material, leaving grain and texture fully visible. It ships in sections and is assembled after delivery.

• Wide seat with an organic, irregular profile
• Wave-shaped base with deep curved openings
• Softened edges throughout
• Custom sizing and configuration available

Placement

An entry is its natural place, but it is just as comfortable in a hallway, living room, bedroom, open-plan interior or a space with a gallery feel.

Each bench is handcrafted to order. Natural wood brings variation in grain, texture and color, so the finished piece will look a little different from the images and from any other.
